All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for dispatch.

Shipping Times

Because our products are shipped internationally, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is:
7–20 business days

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Local carrier delays
  • Peak seasonal demand

Please note that these factors are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow time for the carrier system to register the shipment.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Delayed Orders

Orders are considered lost only when confirmed by the carrier.
